05-09 September - South Africa - ISSFAL Congress
The International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL) is an International Scientific Society established in 1991, of more than 500 members from more than 40 countries.
Given the huge importance of lipids to the brain (60% of which is made of them!), this meeting will include presentations from many of FAB's leading research advisors and speakers, such as
Dr Alex Richardson of the University of Oxford, and
Captain Joe Hibbeln of the US National Institutes of health, among many others. This biannual meeting is guaranteed to include updates on the very latest research in this area.
Summary from the organisersFollowing our hugely successful Stockholm meeting in 2014 please make sure you ‘Save the Date’ of 5 - 9 September for the 2016 ISSFAL Congress - to be held for the first time on the African continent.
