The prevalence of nut and seafood allergies among adults in the United States

Abstract:

Data suggest shellfish allergy is common amongst US adults, and nut allergies in adults are comparable to similar allergies among children. Roughly, half of all food-allergic adults surveyed reported 1+ adult onset food allergy.
