Formerly The Manic Depression Fellowship, Bipolar UK is dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, their families and carers. Each year they reach out to and support over 80,000 individuals through thier range of services.

• More than a million people in the UK have bipolar.
• It takes an average of ten and a half years to get a correct diagnosis of bipolar.
• Bipolar increases an individual’s risk of suicide by up to 20 times.
• Bipolar has a huge impact on families and friends
• Bipolar UK supports more than 70,000 individuals and families every year.
