Dr Alex Richardson was interviewed on The Radio 4 programme 'All in the Mind' to explain some of the research showing that omega-3 fatty acids (and particularly EPA) may be helpful in the treatment of some psychological and psychiatric disorders.
Depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia were the main focus of the discussion, although Dr Richardson's current work involves similar research into dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and related conditions.
